A summer project implementing Google's Four Key Metrics, originally built for Google Cloud Platform, inside Møller's Azure ecosystem. It measures how effective a development team is across both quantitative and qualitative metrics: how often code ships to production and how long it takes to get there, how often failures happen and how long they take to fix.
The .NET backend pulls data from Azure, Jira, Datadog and GitHub, then cleans and analyses it. The cleaned data surfaces in a React dashboard where each team can follow its own project while leadership sees the whole company in one view. It was a success and is now actively used at Møller.
What I did
Implemented the automatic systems that collect and clean the data
Implemented authentication against Microsoft
Built the dashboard that presents the data clearly, and set up CI/CD and hosting for production and development
As data analyst, analysed and formatted the data, joined sources together and set the rules for measuring the qualitative metrics
